Katie Suguitan, LPCC PMH-C
Hello! I’m Katie, and I’m glad you're here. As a therapist, I strive to create a comfortable atmosphere for meaningful conversation, so you can come as you are. My favorite part of my job is holding space for you with openness and curiosity about the things that matter most in your life. Every person is complex and worth knowing, and I find it a privilege to be with you as you unpack the elements of your story, wrestle with its challenges, and make it your own.
As an avid learner, I value being an informed guide on your mental health journey. My past experiences include working with children, adolescents, and adults in nonprofit, school, and medical settings. I am a trauma-informed clinician who incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices, and knowledge of the nervous system according to your needs. I am especially passionate about working with clients to reduce anxiety, heal from past experiences, and engage in healthy relationships. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), able to provide support through preparing for parenthood, pregnancy, and postpartum stages of life. I also offer consultation sessions for parents.

Outside of work, I am a native Cincinnatian who enjoys outdoor activities, finding new recipes to try, and spending time with my family.

I currently see clients ages 12+, and have in-person and telehealth options available.
